Because we work by appointment we appreciate notice 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours are harder to fill and results in loss of income for that appointment time. We understand emergencies happen and while last minute cancellations are a part of life, we expect them to be uncommon. For clients who cancel late or "no show" their scheduled appointment, a fee of up to 50% for services scheduled may be incurred. Repeated no call/no show will result in fees up to 100% of the services scheduled and future appointments may be refused. All clients are required to keep an active card on file to hold your appointment. Your card will ONLY be charged in case of one of the aforementioned incidents.
